Creative Calm

Creative Calm is a monthly session of relaxing art exercises designed to help clear your mind and reduce stress. Connect with a supportive creative community while exploring your creative side. Think “yoga for the brain”. The purpose of the class is the process of doing and creating, not the outcome. Moments of guided meditation and grounding are integrated into the act of creating. All materials are provided, so you can simply focus on unwinding and expressing yourself.
